Fernando has an MBA with a specialization in Marketing. He offers a significant record of achievements in operations management, strategic planning, project management, and team development. Fernando defines and confirms a project goals and objectives, identifies tasks and how goals will be achieved, and determines budgets and timelines for completion. He utilizes his marketing and operations management skills to lead business teams and grow revenues. In his spare time, Fernando also works on production design, visual concepts, and props. He speaks Spanish, English, Italian, and Portuguese.

Rogelio is a Senior Graphic Designer and Photographer. He handles most of the print work, relationships with printers, graphic development for web design, and photography. Rogelio enjoys every step of the creative and collaborative process when working with clients to realize their vision. Rogelio ensures that the design fits in with the client’s requirements and the image they wish to promote for their company, products or services. In his spare time, you can find him around Austin capturing life’s best moments with his camera.

Nick is an award-winning writer, director, animator, and performer. After graduating with a fine arts degree from the University of Texas, he quickly transitioned into Austin’s creative marketing scene helping to shape branding and visual media campaigns for a large list of corporate and non-profit clients. Nick is a long-time performer and writer for the critically acclaimed, award-winning comedy troupe ‘The Latino Comedy Project”. His comedic viral video work with the LCP became an internet sensation in late 2007; and since, has received 10.5 million YouTube views from Latino and mainstream audiences around the world. In 2009, Nick was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for his creative work with an MTVtr3s comedy campaign. Most recently, Nick earned an Addy Award for writing and directing a web and television ad campaign for MacSpeech. Today, he is one of three managing partners of Zoticus Design, a print, web, and motion design studio located in Austin, Texas.
